Pluses- It looks nice for the most part, and some nice people live here.<br>Minuses- Absolutely horrible management company and board of directors. The property manager is rude and nasty to residents. Some maintenance issues are ongoing for months or years, and the board of directors tolerates this. Be nice to yourself, find a better place to live and enjoy a better life.
