I wish I could give them more stars. The office was always responsive and accommodating. They are truly compassionate and caring and always went the extra mile. Knowing that my loved one was in such capable and caring hands gave our family real peace of mind.My mom’s caregiver became like family to us.I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy home health care services.

Don't waste your time! I'm an RN who became totally disabled after a work accident and gross income of several physicians and they acccepted my contract. The Aid didn't come until 9a and said I leave at 4! I said I had a 3.4( appt and she said I need my lunch break which is usually taken in my kitchen or balcony, but she just left! I called the manager and she laughed and said I guess we don't fit your needs and I am canceling the contract! That's Elder Abuse and negligence! I called the state and they were appalled! She walked back in as my son was getting me ready to go to the hospital and told her to call the office and her services were not needed. I spent the next two hours getting the situation resolved. Why are they even in business of helping people? I have never had anyone just leave! Gross negligence!

Very pleasant to deal with. My granny loved the ladies that took care of her. Granny was 103 when she passed. Thanks for taking care of her when I couldn’t.

Dear Reviewers - Most likely you will find this review long but it is my humble request that you read this thoroughly. Approximately four years ago, I decided to choose Fairfax Home Health Care, LLC for my dad’s caregiver needs because his previous caregiving company had an extremely high turnover of personnel and most of the time, caregivers would not show due to various reasons. Whereas at Fairfax Home Health Care, my dad has had the same caregivers for the past four years, for the morning shift, and two years for the evening shift. Most of the caregivers at Fairfax Home Health Care are very caring, kind, honest, sincere and loving people. Also, they go through various background checks with adequate training. Therefore, they don’t need training on the job. Before I end my write-up, I must mention a true story. About three months ago, my dad went into cardiac arrest and after he was released from the hospital, he was sent to a rehabilitation center. If you’re not aware, most of the rehabilitation center services are not necessarily satisfactory. So, I asked the administrative assistant from Fairfax Home Health Care to provide some caregivers for my dad while he was staying at the rehabilitation center. Without any hesitation, the administrative assistant sent two caregivers for both the am and pm shifts. With the help of the caregivers, my dad came home on the anticipated date of release. I will never forget those moments. In addition, it would be unfair if I do not mention this: every time I call, text or email the Fairfax Home Health Care, I always receive a prompt response. Please always remember one important fact - because of caregivers, your loved one is able to maintain a comfortable life. Therefore, please try to treat caregivers as your own family members; trust me, it will work toward your benefit. Lastly, if you’re still searching for a reliable caregiver company, please approach Fairfax Home Health Care for all your caregivers needs.
