The staff was excellent in all aspects of my care. They were professional, concerned, respectful, and seriously and obviously cared about the patient's and their families. The facility was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

Mary, nurse for my father was awesome. Truly cared and assisted as best possible. Overall, certain aspects of care are really good and some need to improve. Overall, food and certain therapist in therapy dept really went out of there way to make sure rehabilitation was on schedule. Others seemed to not even care or assist in a manor that showed care. The initial check in process was very thorough. Our discharge process was limited at best. If not for Mary, would not have known some of the steps to assist in transition to get home. If sharing a room or needing to move around, it can get cramped with wheelchairs, walkers, beds, etc… Offered some fun activities for residents. Ask questions and make sure you are given information on ALL procedures by medical professionals and possible changes in therapies.

I was at fair Oaks for weeks where I received the best care and motivation. I can not speak enough praise on the rehab unit and the CNA, S gave the best considerate care when dealing with me.

My mom had a good rehab experience at Fair Oaks after falling at home fracturing her arm. Her aides were very patient and kind to her! The nurses answered my daily questions regarding my mom’s medical concerns! The therapy team under Steve Sauerland were extremely knowledge, helpful, and flexible with my mom’s therapy needs! My mom’s PT and OT encouraged her to do her best daily. The staff said hello to my mom all the time just in passing. The facility is clean and my mom enjoyed the food. Thanks to every single Fair Oaks employee that played a part in getting my mom back home.

Rude receptionist needs training! I attempted to connect with admissions to apply on behalf of a family member; after several days of leaving voicemails the receptionist failed to inform me admissions was out of the office for the whole week by my 4th call the receptionist asked me countless questions and after informing her of my business she stated only care cordinators can connect to admissions and hung up when I called back she threatend to report me and so I asked for her name and her supervisor and you guessed it she hung up again. If they behave this way on the phone I wonder how they act with patients when nobody is looking. Stay clear of this place and take your business elsewhere. No class and no etiqette at Fair Oaks!
