I do not reccommend this specific location to do business with. The professionalism, the lack of oganization, and support do not meet employee or client expectatations. Very dissatisfied with this branch and reccommend anyone seek services from any other branch but this one.

Right at Home came through for us when a family member needed immediate, short term 24-hour care. Jeanette, the owner, took my initial call and was helpful, responsive, and understood the sense of urgency. Liz was thorough and conscientious at the initial meeting. She took her time to understand our needs and provided guidance for the care team to make sure they understood as well. Rachel and Crystal were kind and provided both attentive and respectful care. Care notes were detailed and completed daily. All involved were genuinely interested in making sure the care provided was exceptional. Thank you for your help in our time of need.

Right at Home provided excellent support while my friend was in rehab and followed that up with great caregivers 24/7 once he came home. They have gone above and beyond in their care and their willingness to work through any difficulties that have arisen. Special thanks to Jeanette, Liz and Carmen.

The folks at Right at Home in West Dundee have become part of our family. The level of care given to both my parents (in their 90's) has been amazing and I really believe my Dad is alive today in part to their care early on and now continuing with live in caregivers instead of 12 hour shifts. No matter what my parents needed, they were able to provide with loving, caring people that are well trained. One the odd occasion over the last 6 months that we had an issue, it was addressed quickly and completely. If you need care, look no further. Jeanette, Stacy, Liz, and all the home care givers, thank you so so much.

When my parents had an emergency medical situation come up in mid-December 2019, Jeanette helped me immediately get a caregiver into their home until I could arrive from out-of-state. She then worked with me to keep caregivers with my disabled mother as needed and over the holidays until I could get my mother transitioned to long-term care. The caregivers were diligent and helpful. I appreciated Jeanette's compassion and professionalism as she helped provide me with peace of mind in a very stressful situation.
