My mother was on a waiting list for 8 months. She has dementia, she’s a fall risk and she is alone for very long hours during the day, who can’t self medicate. When we received the call that a bed for long term care was available, we met with a staff member who advised us that she would be in contact with a move in date. That never happened. Whenever I called, she wouldn’t answer the phone. I was about to leave a message and she hung up on me. I ended up texting her and just wanted an answer as to why the unprofessionalism, and instead, she just gaslit me. Some other person left a voicemail saying that my mother didn’t qualify. I’m glad that she’s not there, if the administration is this terrible, I can only image how bad the rest of the staff is. If you care about your loved one, find a professional and caring facility, this one isn’t it.

My stepmom has been there for over a year. She is 95 years old. They keep losing her bras, and the family takes her laundry home to clean. I think there is a dishonest person that steals her bras.

Great staff providing good care for individual patients with differing medical needs. It’s so nice to see smiles every day even when you don’t feel like smiling back but they do their best to keep you getting better as much as possible.

I just want to say that this facility was amazing during the time that my dad was there. He came for rehab but ended up staying until he passed away from cancer. The staff went out of their way to make sure he was well cared for and loved. They also made sure that we as a family were taken care of too. I can’t say enough about the staff, from the director down to the cleaning team. Everything was always clean, and never smelled. Lots of great activities were offered and they just genuinely made us feel like we were family. I was there a lot and observed how they interacted with the residents. It was always with love and respect and kindness. I highly recommend this facility!!!
