If you are thinking of their services for a loved one, think again. Management is terrible and I now know I was overcharged. I absolutely WOULD NOT recommend them for such an important role in any families unfortunate situation. (I’m sure management will brush this off and just say “I don’t see we serviced you” blah blah blah) if that’s the case, even worse. EDIT: having employees leave a review to attempt to cover the “bad review” is hilarious and seen through. Poorly ran company!!! please, if at all, go elsewhere so you don’t get scammed like I’m sure many have.

I was hesitant to start in-home care. I have heard horror stories from communication, expectations, and quality of service. I’ve have to say that I have an entire new outlook on in-home care. The staff is exactly what my family and I need for my Father. The communication is excellent…even the owner of the company (Ryan) continues to check in with us to make sure our needs are being met by the staff, the coverage is adequate to meet our Father’s health care needs, etc.

We have been very happy with In-Home Companions for the past 2 yrs. in the care of our mother, who suffers from dementia. Their caregivers are professional, competent, and kindhearted. They have been very flexible in accommodating our needs in various aspects of our mother's care. I would highly recommend In-Home Companions to anyone in need of care for their loved ones.

Five stars are not enough. Ryan is thorough about making sure the home care provider is a superb fit for the person needing help, and everyone at In-Home Companions is outstanding. I have also been told by the caregivers how much they enjoy working there and feel valued. When In-Home Companions was recommended to me, I was not sure what to expect; I had an idea what services my mother should have but had only had discussions with PT and OT, not home care. Ryan was knowledgeable and patient with my questions. We started with basic cooking, cleaning, and companionship, communicating through the secure website to find out how my mother's day went and passing along any messages to the home care team. After a couple falls, she needed more care, including last-minute requests for overnights per her doctors' orders. Ryan has gone above and beyond anything I could possibly have anticipated to make sure our needs have been met. He has been a "lifeline" on more than one occasion when I was ready to pull my hair out. My mother's caregiver, Cinder, is someone we call her "guardian angel." Cinder has seen my mother through better and worse with love and patience. She is remarkable. I don't throw around the word "blessed" lightly, but I feel truly blessed to have Ryan and Cinder in our lives. Anyone needing care for their loved one should call In-Home Companions and trust Ryan and his amazing people to give the best.
