It’s hard to put into words how wonderful Evergreen Gardens is. I truly believe their model should be the standard all other senior living places follow. The genuine and compassionate staff are what drive the welcoming and calm environment. I could go on and on but those thoughts are what stick out in my mind when describing the community. Our family is incredibly thankful we found a place where we feel at ease knowing our dad is in excellent hands.

Having completed the Residential Assisted Living Academy and had the opportunity to get to know Eric, Josh, and the Evergreen Gardens team, I've been impressed by their commitment to providing high-quality care in a true residential setting. They have created a beautiful home environment focused on resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life. If you are looking for a place for your senior loved one, look no further! This home is 10/10, if I could give it 100 stars I would. Not only is the staff incredibly loving and caring to the seniors, but they have put so much attention to detail to really go above and beyond and give your loved one the best experience while being in the home. As a leader in the residential assisted living industry, I've had the opportunity to see many senior care models and operators. Evergreen Gardens stands out for its commitment to providing a true residential assisted living experience in a beautiful home environment. Recently, my family visited several facilities in the area for my father. Evergreen Gardens clearly stood out as a warm, caring and welcoming place.<br>This is always a big decision for a family and can be disrupting to the individual. At Evergreen, I found the owner and staff extremely accommodating to ease the transition. They showed that they truly cared about having my father as a resident.<br>We are forever thankful for finding Evergreen Gardens.

Having had my parents in three different assisted living and memory care facilities in Strongsville and North Royalton—both privately and corporately owned—I can honestly say Evergreen Gardens is in a class of its own. The care here is personal, loving, and genuine—just as if close friends or relatives were looking after your loved one.<br><br>Since there will only ever be 16 residents, Evergreen Gardens offers something truly rare and special: a warm, close-knit community where everyone knows each other by name. It doesn’t feel like a facility, and it isn't one—it feels like home.<br><br>My mother has only been here for two weeks, and the change has been nothing short of remarkable. She arrived without strength, wheelchair-bound, and we were told that would be her reality. Today—just two weeks later—she’s walking the entire building on her own with a walker.
