If you want good maintenance and great management, dont move here! This particular Evergreen has gone downhill fast since the previous management of Kristi and Simone left. The last manager didnt last a year and it's a blessing she is no longer a here. Rudolph, the so called assistant leasing manager is is a joke. He isn't capable of providing activities or listening to our suggestions, so the residents create activities for everyone. And forget about getting a storage unit here. According to Rudolph the wait list goes back to 2017, even though a half dozen people have moved out recently that had storage units. The hallways and windows are never clean. Dont believe the reviews of a 4 and 5 star rating. Several residents have moved to a brand new senior complex called Meriposa. Do yourself a favor and talk to the residents prior to signing a contract.

This review reflects the current management structure at Evergreen Arbor Hills following the departure of the previous manager. My name is Cherry Leslie and I just moved into Evergreen at Arbor Hills in December. I already feel like this is "Home". Both Whitney and Rudolph have been wonderful, And Whitney, especially has gone way out of her way to help me change over my phone service. (It seems like a nightmare to me until she helped!) There are so many little details that I've noticed about Evergreen that makes this the perfect place for me to live. So many big and small things that it would take too long to write in this small space. So I just wanted to give a shout out to Evergreen, and the staff, Whitney, Rudolph, Ramos, And Jermaine.

Whitney Gonzalez, and Rudolph Ward, are very perfessional they make you feel so comfortable and right at home. They truly care about the people and show it in a huge way. I highly recommend Arbor Hills to anyone looking for a 55 plus community they will make sure you are more than welcome.
