They make you sit in your waste and they don't answer call lights. Horrible! I've been sitting in my chair for 7 hours, and I need to change, and nobody around here gives a damn. Do not put your loved ones here!

The Brookhaven building has been sold and has new leadership, staff and medical partners. They have been doing a deep dive into care and resident lifestyle. The new administration is hands on and has openly talked about concerns and future plans. They network with the families to restructure their care approach.
