This place is everything a nursing home should not be!!! It's fifthy , they are rude,argumentative, I have kidney disease was in hospital for it I'm on a kidney friendly diet which they do not honor at all. All the food is poor quality, not seasoned at all.. inedible the hot foods arrive cold when you sit in dining area. Nothing like cold french fries, cold cheeseburgers & corn dogs!! When I asked .. beg for warm up in microwave.. the burger was barely warm, bit into burger still raw in middle.. fries still crunchy undone in middle!! I'm starving surviving on cold cereal, canned fruit fee veggies& milk..ice taken this to head of nursing & social services both.. no change really if I get it hot it absolutely disgusting tasting I try to eat it but it's gross. The doctor here finally came to see me he put in order for glycerna protein shake with every meal.. didn't tell director.. still days later not gotten any..showers need scrubbed from mold.. the body wash/shampoo is in gallon jug on floor ...no dispenser..they have to find empty body wash bottles to fill with their cheap scentless soap.you are made to feel as if you don't matter... disrespected!! Don't put anyone you love here!!!

I would like to give a shout out to the new management and dietitian at this facility they're doing the best job they could possibly do given the situation that the facility was in before. The dietary crew is all warm and carrying and intuitive to my mother's as well as all of the other patients needs and wants. Thank you sincerely to the kitchen staff and the dietitian you guys get five stars from me.

I have lived here since July, 2025. The staff is friendly. The food is home cooked and very tasty. I really do like it here. The bosses are the best.

My father has been here for two days and is supposed to be on IV antibiotics and has yet to receive anything. The staff didn’t even know he was there until that same staff member found his chart. He has noted that the food is unpalatable and that staff have told him to wait when he needed something small like water. This is unacceptable. I understand that these facilities are understaffed but you cannot deny care to people who need help, otherwise why are you open?
