My experience with Eden and staff is different than others. I lived in a Garden Home for 7 months and during that time and a rain storm water came into my bedroom 4 feet and soaked the carpet. Yes they did furnish a fan to dry the carpet, but no staff contacted or showed concern. Also they have not updated their contract which has many errors. Furthermore, they do not return telephone calls (one reason explained is mine is long distance). In addition, to not returning my calls, I have not received my deposit of $3500 back. I turned my keys and garage remote into the office on October 30 and have not had any response as to when I will receive my deposit back.

My Mother in law had her wedding band stolen by a staff member right off her finger -had Alzheimer's and was clearly taken advantage of - police report has been filed and investigation underway. Do not allow anything of value to go into a hospice center with a loved one as it could "mysteriously" disappear. BTW, after she crossed over into heaven, they had the nerve to try and bill us for more money. I reminded them of the stolen ring incident, and now like really....they wanted more money from us? That's all it took. We never heard from them again

My husband was here from May 16 to June 10. The care he received was so compassionate and professional. The nurses, physical therapists and aides were extremely caring and when he was placed on hospice they were so understanding and even more helpful. When my husband passed away, I received so many hugs from so many at Eden Village. They really comforted me and eased my pain. Thank you so much to everyone there.

This is the best nursing home around. The staff are some of the best. There is great communication and they make sure taking care of the residents is their top priority. The residents are happy and taken care of that is the main thing! I would recommend to anyone who is in need of rehab, long term care and/or a dementia unit. The facility is currently remodeling and it is looking better all the time.

My mother is my father's normal care giver. I had to rush her to the hospital and she was admitted. We put my father into Eden Village nursing home for respite care till my mother recovered. My father commented on how nice everyone was and how he liked the food.
