We grandmother had received a rental bed from this office and sadly passed away. The receptionist was so arrogant and disrespectful on the phone. She had no patience or sympathy at all. She acted like we were trying to keep the bed. Our family has been stressed and griefstricken, but we called this office immediately and notified them that we would need to return the bed due to her passing. This lady, whoever she is, needs to be reprimanded and coached on how to approach people with basic decency. It seems like Enloe lately hires just anybody and doesn't teach them anything about how to do their job. No compassion at all. I would not recommend getting their services at all. Enloe is not what it used to be. And I really want Enloe to actually do something about this. That lady's rude and insensitive approach was not warranted. If she can't handle her job, she shouldn't be working in customer service.
