The beginning of my loved one's PT was excellent. Emily and Jennifer were amazing with my LO. It soon became obvious that they were short staffed as there was extended periods of time without any communication or sessions. It's very unfortunate that my LO never completed the PT because they stopped scheduling the sessions. It's sad to say but I would not recommend them to care for your LO.

They have been coming out to take care of my husband for awhile. They are All great. Wouldn't have anyone else. Loving - caring - professional.

They are so undependable timewise. They call and say they will be there between a certain time and don't even showup. Then they call again and say they will be there between a certain time again and still waiting. They don't have the decency to at least call and say they are running late or that they are not going to come! I've had a bad experience with them the first time we ever used them. Now, again another family member had to use them and they are still bad. I simple call to let the patient know that they are running late would be nice. They need to work on time management.
