You walk into this place and the first thing you smell is urine room haven't been mopped they're dirty nurses leave thrash every whenever they decide to check on their patients. When a person has a feeding tube then nurses need to change the dressing at least twice a day and clean the area really good if not it will get infected then the person with that feeding tube will gets sick then we all know what happens I hope and pray if you have a loved one there y'all check in on them every day if not y'all are sorry as this place from what have seen I will be getting in touch with the state and no I won't be reaching out to this place to the director of this place you need to do a better job on this place

Overall I have been pleased with the Facility and the CNA's and the Nurses and Hospice staff, who have been caring for my wife. Sometimes I feel that in the night sift that staff is lacking and can be improved. Thanks for all you do.

The CNA’s here are SEVERAL over worked. 20 to 1, and this is during 1st and 2nd shift. Not only do the workers suffer but the residents suffer too. My aunt waited for her light to be answered for over 30 minutes and the aide said she had 2 halls. That’s ridiculous. I’m sure they will tell there aides to try to answer the call lights in a timely fashion, but it’s really not the aides fault they’re so over worked. This is ridiculous hire more staff. My aunt will never go back to this place.

Never been there but my father in law is there. I know that they take good care of him. For those folks that give bad reviews I understand your concerns and know that placing a loved one in a home is difficult. I retired from the Army in 08, and as a nurse swore I would never work in a nursing home...but that's exactly what I've been doing for the last 9 years. Most of the staff truly care and love your loved ones. It takes a certain kind of person to provide the care that these folks need. And the few employees that find themselves doing a job they don't like, end up getting culled out eventually. Not saying everyone is perfect but with the cutbacks to Medicaid and Medicare, these folks don't make a lot of money. It's a frustrating job but rewarding as well. I'm writing this because I was worried that my father in law, who has dementia, wouldn't get to see the Astros play in the series. So I called and was politely assured that the game would be on in his room. So next time you go to see your loved one, thank the staff.
