Good physical therapy, occupational therapy and some cognitive therapy. Inattentive nursing and extremely poor provider attention. The common areas are okay and they are trying , .the rooms. The shared rooms are deplorable, dirty, heavily worn. I don't know what my insurance is paying for.

Don't bring your family member to this facility! The facility is awful when it comes to communication, I never got informed when my mother arrived to the facility from the hospital & it took 3 weeks for anyone to inform me about any & all updates! They didn't inform me about health conferences & assumed I knew, how the hell can I know when I'm not being contacted?! I've heard of other horror stories from my friends girlfriend who's grandmother was also at this facility & only stayed 2 days before she was pulled out. I will say it got better when my mother's home services threaten to file a complaint to the state because of how bad the communication got. Choose a different facility if you truly value the health of your loved one, I wish I would've known then what I know now.

Leaving a loved one in someone else’s care can be hard, but the staff here truly made us feel at ease. My loved one received wonderful care here, and I’m so grateful for the kindness shown by the staff. They made her feel safe, comfortable, and truly special during her time there. One person who always stood out to me was Marlon—his warm smile and friendly presence always reassured me that my loved one was in good hands. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about the people they serve. This gave me such peace of mind and meant the world to our family. We can’t thank you enough.

I just want to thank the staff for their kindness and patience with me during my ten day stay at this rehab facility. They were great always caring after my hip replacement surgery. Never late with my pain meds,the PT was great it pushed me into the right direction once I got home. I recommend this facility to anyone going into rehab. Me and my daughter had the opportunity to come and sing with the residents. Mary is such a great Activities Director you can definitely see the compassion and attentiveness she gives to the residents. This facility was clean and the staff were friendly. What we enjoyed the most was seeing that this facilities Activities has so much fun events planned for the residents. It’s so very colorful and not dull like other places I’ve been to.
