Lack of attention to patient hygiene should get this place banned from ever caring for the elderly. My 92 year old father left by ambulance and was admitted to the hospital in critical condition with sepsis from a shamefully cared for foley catheter.

They ignore the patients in short term rehab. My aunt was left in the same clothes for at least 3 days. When she became mentally altered, they told me for a week that they were going to test for a UTI, at one point even telling me a sample was to the lab, but when I arrived in person from out of state I was informed by the doctor that the test had never even been ordered despite the fact that he was well aware of her altered condition. She had to be sent back to the hospital and was on IV antibiotics for a week while suffering horrible UTI delirium. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS PLACE!

This community sets the standard for senior living. The new leadership team is engaged, responsive, and committed to doing things the right way. The staff is well-trained, kind, and consistently goes above and beyond. Communication has been clear and transparent, and the level of care and attention to detail is evident every day. Grateful for this community.

If there was a way to give zero stars, I would. This place is the absolute worst. They have no compassion their patients & the building is a disgrace… I don’t know how it hasn’t been closed down by the board of health yet. There is mold, asbestos & it is disgusting. Owners won’t spend any money on getting anything fixed. It’s horrible

My mother spend 6 weeks at Millcroft for rehab and awaiting availability of an assisted living setting. The staff was extremely caring and attentive to her needs. She spoke of great conversations with the staff and Kelsey was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about her transfer. The nurse practitioner and the physician were very helpful. Physical and occupational therapy assisted her to regain some significant losses due to pain and hospitalization. Mom was well cared for and we were confident in her safety and thriving while there. Thank you for everything!
