Great team and great care for our loved one. The team is caring, fun, there are many activities to participate in! The facility is always clean and bright! The apt our loved one is in, is spacious.

Encore Senior Living has been a godsend for us. They truly care about the safety and well being of my mom. They are quick to call if something is amiss. They have a vigorous activities program and lots of events for mom to attend. It's a small facility so if you're looking for that extra personal care then this place is for you.

I’m thankful for the great care my loved one is receiving at Encore. The staff have been great and very caring towards her. This has been a huge relief for me. The facility has always been clean and has a nice welcome feel to it. They also do a lot of fun activities, too.

We are in the process of moving my father here from out of state and have been touring memory care facilities in the area to find a place for him to live near us. A couple of weeks ago, I was given a tour of Encore and was very impressed with both the facility itself and with the types of care that my father could receive there. The Housing Manager, Veera, even brought me by the residents' coffee break/Happy hour to give me a chance to meat with some of the people currently living there. Unfortunately, due to my dad's current financial situation, we won't be able to get him an apartment here. Under a different set of circumstances, I would have signed up on the spot to get him in here. However, I also ended up speaking with Kelly Hurley, their Director of Sales and Marketing, while I was there. She took the time to tell me about a ton of other options and has been helping me navigate the process of finding a place for my dad to live for the past couple of weeks. To me, that is amazing dedication to your job and to helping others. If anything changes in the future, we're coming back here.

This facility has changed ownership four times since our loved one has been here. Currently, the food is awful (often inedible) and family members are bringing in meals as much as possible. They also routinely serve him pork against his wishes. Our loved one has not been bathed or showered in many weeks. My sister is now going in once a week to shower him, with assistance of an outside health care provider. Now, they are moving him to memory care without our permission. We are forced to move him out. We have kept him at this facility because of two wonderful long-term residents who look out for him when we cannot. Perhaps we're just in denial overall. Our loved one deserves better.
