Bad communication from management, no follow through. Staff is unprofessional I called to speak with Admin and the staff member said she was on break and can’t help! I was adamant I needed to speak with management and she pretended like she was going to get her the phone Then I heard someone say I’m not taking any calls and she hung up. I called back and another staff member took my name and number and I never heard from them and I know so never will. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Horrible non existent communication skills and I would not want anyone taking care of my family or to be employed by such an unorganized and unprofessional establishment! Get it together it’s not a good look.

This place was left in the dark for awhile and Katie came in and changed it all for the better! She formed an incredible team and really turned this place around. My mother-in-law has lived here for quite some time and the care she was receiving vs now is incomparable! Thank you Mahtomedi team for your loving dedication to your residents.

I can’t say enough about the staff here !! Seriously the nicest most caring group of humans ❤️❤️ the facility is beautiful. My mom and I are so happy and grateful to have found this gem !!! So much gratitude and peace of mind knowing my mom is happy and safe ..

I am in this community on a regular basis and the staff is so warm and friendly. The residents are engaged and happy - with many opportunities to become in involved in activities. I always enjoy my visits there.

A nice small environment where your loved one can easily get around. 1:8 staff/resident ratio; can't get better than that! Friendly and dedicated staff. Overall, a wonderful place for your loved one to live!
