We could never thank Damion and his AMAZING staff for the AMAZING care for our son Kevin H. This is the first time in 12+ yrs that our son finally got the help he needs and first time mom can take a deep breath knowing he’s is in wonderful care and off the streets. Damion please let ALL the staff know how much we appreciate their caring hearts and everything they do. Only angels can do this job it’s got to be very challenging at times. Thank you Xandra for all your help, time and effort with this process. I appreciate all you have done for Joseph while he's been at Emerald City. I know at times it's been a challenge, but I'm grateful for the care he's received from you and your staff. It has made me more comfortable as a mother knowing he's been safe and cared for. If seeking help for mental health, look elsewhere. Nightmare owners, “business” even worse. Do NOT be fooled by owners - they’re great talkers but they truly could care less about employees/patients. They are only in this business to make a profit.
