I have been a resident of Elon manor for 23 days it was the Best stay I recommend a stay here any time. The staff is not was awesome even at 2am to be honest I didn't want to leave but my time was up. May God Bess each and every one of them. Thank you all from Bernice Hamilton

Do not send your loved here for rehab. Elon Manor treated my mother horribly! She had a broken wrist and knee and was immobile. Took a long time for nurses to answer the call button, sometimes well over an hour. When I would visit I would hear other residents screaming for nurses. We complained and was told it would change but never did. Nurses are mean, have no compassion. One nurse Natalie brought my mother her dinner with the camode in her room that had feces still in it and expected her to eat. I spoke with all the higher up’s at Elon manor and they just say they are sorry but never fix the problem. I filed a complaint with the state. Food was absolutely disgusting! I will say the physical therapy was good. Elon manor do better for these elderly folks!

My mom was transferred here from the hospital and within one hour my mom revoked consent for treatment and asked to be discharged immediately. This place did not meet our expectations of care and I suggest highly you do not use this facility.

I am so thrilled with how they care for my sister at this home. The social worker Regina is the best ever..she treats everyone like they belong to her... she is so sweet and you just don't find that kind of care everywhere!.. my sister Lois loves her so much! She has helped me so many times since I had not had experience with this before. I call her sweet Regina. She works so many hours and never complains. The staff is wonderful... Very caring! It is such a relief to know Lois is in such good hands.

My mother has been living here for over a year. When she first moved in from another area facility, she was on hospice and we didn't think she would live another six months. Here, she is thriving with the care she receives and "graduated" from hospice. Is it the newest and fanciest facility around, no, but that's not what matters. My sisters and I are so happy we moved her here.
