We transitioned a client into private living arrangements a few months ago after living there over 20 years. However, after 3 months we decided that the client would be served moving back into Elm York. They provide excellent services with an amazing staff, quality food and comfy living arrangements. We appreciate them allowing her back into there community!

I am so happy to share my experience here at Elm York, I came to Elm York after experience many fall in my house and I needed a place for my wellbeing and care. I was able to have all the wonderful benefits provided to me such as physical therapy, laundry service, medication, nursing, case management and recreation activities. I was able to enjoy my time here with my husband and daughter who always came to visit me weekly throughout the day. I am also thankful for the administration department who provides amazing support for my family and decision of leaving. I could not hack asked for a better place to stay. Thought out my stay is not long term, I am still going to miss the staff who helped me with my care such as my hha. I am so happy to share that I will be returning back with my husband stronger than I ever was. I recommend Elm York to any senior who are in need of the benefits that they are looking for. They are professional and they are very supportive of your well-being care.

I recall bringing my brother Jaime Quinones to Elm York 12 years ago, his health was not great and since his admission his health was improving and i was so happy to see how well he was doing. Whenever i would come to visit my brother i would notice how well he was taken care of throughout the years. My brother would highlight how much he enjoyed the meals and the activities provided to him. Elm york provided a smoking room which was a big plus for him to have. The whole facility was kept clean each time i visited him. I am so grateful for all the staff here who had done so much for me and my brother.<br><br>My brother would always say to me how happy he was at the facility where he would have friends and was treated as family there. I am so proud that he lived such an incredible life here and i cant not even express enough how thankful i am to everyone who has helped me and my brother through this journey in life before his passing.

Elm York is a wonderful place. From the moment we moved our loved one here for their care, we have been super impressed. The whole staff works tirelessly with extreme detail and care to provide the best service possible. The administrative staff - Sarah, Alla, Ash, Tanya, Angie and Z are amazing and are always super supportive in helping with all the care needs. The nursing staff and all of the aid staff treat all the residents with respect and go above and beyond in every way possible to help all the residents. The whole staff works as one cohesive team and they all have become like a second family to us!!!!! Great job to this whole team and we feel lucky to have our loved one being taken care of at Elm York!!!!!

Elm York Assisted Living is a welcoming place where residents are truly cared for and able to maintain their routines and independence. The residents themselves are one of the best parts—they’re kind, engaging, and can really make your day with their personalities. The administrative team, including Alla, Julia, and Ohla, makes the residents a priority and makes sure their needs are met.
