The nurses and therapists were nice and friendly, answered my questions. The place was clean and did not smell like others. Very happy with them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “So far, this is one of the best nursing home and rehab facilities I have visited. I came to see my cousin while she was in rehab, and I was very impressed. The facility was clean, well-kept, and had no unpleasant odors. The staff was friendly and polite. Out of all the nursing homes and rehab centers I have visited, this was one of the cleanest and most welcoming.”

Finally writing this review. One year ago my wife was placed in this facility. The conditions are horrible. The care, or lack of care forced me and the family to have her removed. Had she stayed there another week, she would have died in bed. The facility has been sued numerous time time for neglect. I would NEVER allow a loved one to stay there.

This place is torture. The food looks like Fresh Pet, we had pork chops 5 days in a row (I told them the first day I didn't like pork chops). The only time we had decent food was the 2 days of the inspection. I was left 4 hrs. in my own feces; Despite only ringing every 30 minutes, I was told "You are selfish & we're too busy, so shut up and go to sleep!" Maybe that's why I came home with E-choli & Cdiff? You never knew who was attending to you because the did not wear badges or turned them around. When my husband, who was there daily, complained...the retaliation would start as soon as he left. The only thing that was good was I had a great room mate. You had to wait everytime you went to PT/OT for someone to get the Hoyer and put you in a chair, sometimes for hours. I would never recommend this joint to anyone ever. The website is pure propraganda. Just "look bend the curtain".

This is not my first experience with visiting a loved one in a nursing home and so I speak with experience. The staff here is very caring, very polite and very professional. My husband's needs are met within a few minutes of whatever he asks for. There is no over powering odor and I see housekeeping cleaning all day. The physical plant could use a bit of updating but the staff has nothing to do with that. I feel my husband is well cared for and safe in this facility.
