My family member is currently staying at this facility for LTC, and I just wanted to say how impressed I am. The facility is always clean, everyone is so friendly, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to take great care of my husband. We truly appreciate everything you have done for him and our family.

My mother has been at Elizabethtown Nursing Center for rehab and some skilled nursing. The staff has been very compassionate and helpful. PT and OT therapists have been so encouraging and assisted my mother in regaining strength as she strives to return to her pre- medical condition shape. From the beginning of initial placement, Mrs. Rhonda and Lauren have been super helpful and attentive. My mother's stay is temporary as she recovers in hopes to return to independent living, however if she needed long- term care, this is where she wants to return. We are thankful for the care she has received pre- and post- surgery. The staff has been kind and worked to make sure my mother is comfortable. We are thankful!

My husband was in there after a mild stroke. I would drive from Fayetteville to Elizabethtown nearly every day. He was fine on a Wednesday and Thursday I walked in to the right side of his mouth drooping and no strength on his right side. The Dr happened to be in on Thursdays and came to check him. She said once you have a stroke you are more likely to have another and we could send him to get scanned but there really is no point. I feel that since it wasn't even 24 hours before that, they could have sent him out for a possible TPA shot. My husband is now in the hospital because of that stroke. I also don't understand why I was the one who had to bring it to their attention. Someone should have noticed. The CNAs are great and most of the nurses are awesome. Lauren, the social worker is great too. It's just the Dr they use is useless. The Dr at the hospital just called to inform me that there was a stroke and it's fairly recent...... There are no phones in the rooms but the staff was very kind to take a cordless phone in to him so I could talk to him. Nice place, Dr sucks, plus there is a guy in management who's kind of a jerk.

My mother was in there and she was exceptionally cared for. Lauren and the staff are wonderful to work with. Unfortunately her niece and sister took her out when she was being cared for by professionals. Now I'm worried what's next for her. Anyways I pray that she goes back to this wonderful place. Maybe soon I can get the power to do that. Thanks Guys. Yall have a very hard job!!

I was originally transferred to this facility while the other facility I was in was being worked on. What began as a temporary stay quickly turned into a place where I felt comfortable, welcomed, and truly cared for. After meeting everyone here and experiencing the environment, I made the decision to stay at this facility because of how kind, compassionate, and supportive everyone has been. The staff genuinely cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels safe, respected, and well taken care of. The facility is clean, organized, and pleasant, which made my stay even more comfortable. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job keeping everything in great condition. I would like to personally thank Cyense for taking such good care of me, and Ginger for always helping me get to and from my appointments. Thank you to Jackie, the Maintenance Director, for keeping the facility running smoothly; Audrey, the Director of Nursing, for her leadership and care; and Lauren, the Social Worker, for her support and kindness. To all the nurses and CNAs, thank you for your dedication and for making sure that my time here was excellent in every way. Because of the wonderful people and positive environment, I chose to remain here rather than return to the previous facility. I am truly grateful for everything that was done for me, and I will always appreciate the care and compassion I received here. Now, on to my next adventure.
