I was recommended to this place to provide respite care for a former participant. First, I was called by someone in the HR department named Amy. She told me she needed to discuss my pay rate so I said ok. Her response was “Oh they got you down for $15 an hour, and that’s the only rate they are offering”. Ok, that’s not a discussion lady. , and the tone of her voice was snobby/mean mannered. She sent me a link to complete an ADP profile and onboarding documents. I received it and began filling out forms. I noticed that some of the onboarding documents had my maiden name in the printed area. I did not sign and sent an email, receiving a response to contact HR. I called and spoke with Amy again. Still rude and mean mannered. She let me know that everything they have in the system has my married name so she doesn’t know why my maiden name is showing. Well Amy, I don’t know either, so what’s next? I had to show her the same rudeness in order for her to understand that she needed to escalate the issue and let me know a solution, before she finally offered to call me back after she spoke with someone called “her manager”. She called me back but I was unavailable. No voicemail, text or email. I checked the forms and my maiden name was still showing. I did decline to complete the forms stating “wrong last name” as the reason. I got a call the next day from Crystal. She worse more rude and mean mannered than Amy. Coming from someone that has been in healthcare providing Customer Service training and development, as well as integrating tech systems, I was very well aware of the issue and knew how to fix the issue. However, someone that probably took a 2 hr class to get a job informed me that I needed to put the cursor behind the name to delete it and add the correct name. Geesh….i never would have thought of that! My immediate response was I would have done all of that before I contacted anyone simply because I know systems and have worked with ADP many times. Her response was to let her finish….. No maam you can not finish when what you are telling me is incorrect. She began threatening to tell the QP that our conversation was not conducive and I wouldn’t be able to continue with employment there. Yep that’s a way to provide a positive work/life balance…… The conversation could have gone so much better if the HR department had a clue about systems. They should have only called me when the technical support department had corrected the issue on an admin level. Instead they contacted me as if this was a user error and if they couldn’t see it on their end, I had to be making it up or doing something wrong in the beginning. No accountability or acknowledgement of the error on their end. After all of that, I proceeded to let her know they could delete my entire profile and I would continue to providing SERVICE to my community without them.<br>Please stop assuming that someone starting an entry level position is entry level in every aspect of their life. I am grateful to have the career that I have and because of my graciousness, I have several streams of income where this job was not needed. It was only to because the family and I have a working relationship and thought they could assist me in receiving compensation for what I already do. Many people do not have that luxury and NEED a job, taking whatever crap is given simply because they need to. Thank God for Grace! Meanwhile, another company is being dragged to the ground because HR doesn’t understand the meaning of HUMAN or RESOURCE. Do better people!

Avoid this place at all costs. Unless you're looking for a place that places policy above humanity, then by all means. Be my guest and try them. If you're human and sometimes need to reschedule, then this place isn't for you. They kicked me from the program because of rescheduling issue. They said per their policies I could only reschedule twice. My son is autistic and I have sometimes a busy schedule. These ppl not only made my life harder by kicking us out. They locked up my son's care for six months due to insurance issues they said we had to complete with them. Oddly enough RHA told me everything they said was a lie. All RHA needed was a document that they wouldn't give to take over my son's care. If I could I'd give this a million negative stars. Absolutely horrible shameful place working in the name of mental health. Shameless just shameless practice.
