I work in the senior service industry and I can say that Elite Nurses & Aides is one of the best home care agencies I have ever encountered. Kingsley, the CEO and general manager, is responsive, respectful and very knowledgeable. He knows how to find and hire aides who are truly a notch above - they are smart, proactive, communicative, and kind. This is what family members need from home health aides. I worked with Elite when they were serving one of my clients, and when it came time to hire an aide for my own mother, there was only one company I wanted - Elite Nurses and Aides!

We had the pleasure of having Esther sleep train our baby starting from week 1. She is amazing!! After 10 weeks, our baby is consistently sleeping through the night. She is such a happy and healthy baby and we are better parents from getting such quality sleep! Esther was amazing and I can’t recommend her enough. I felt so comfortable having her with my baby all night and I always knew she was safe. Esther has such an incredible talent with babies and is a god sent. She also gave such great advice and tips for first time parents like us. I tell all new parents that this kind of support is worth every penny. We loved Esther so much and I know our baby did too. I cannot say enough good things about Kingsley and his team! First off, Kingsley is fantastic. As the CEO of an LLC, you don't expect to have so much communication with him, but he is very hands-on and accommodating. The nurses I had the opportunity to work with (specifically Sade, Vivian, Rita, and Fii) were incredible. They took amazing care of my father - made sure he was comfortable, cared for, and provided companionship. They were able to complete daily specialized nursing tasks like IVs, feeding tubes, etc. They were experts. They truly feel like an extension of our family. I am so grateful for Elite Nurses and Aids and I recommend them to anyone!
