Filled out contact box and submitted online. No call back after 5 days waiting. Filled it out again, 3 days later a woman called, rushed through my information and said she would call back by end of day. No call back. Next day, no call back. So, I called the number she gave me with the name Alisha. I left message, no call back. It went on with me leaving 4 messages over 6 days, NO CALL BACK. I really need in home care. This company was suggested to me as a ‘very good place to work with’ through Unity Hospital. Um…NOPE, they can’t pick up the phone or call back over 2 weeks, NO WAY. Wouldn’t have given any stars as they are useless!!

Poorest communication. Do not trust them with your loved ones. Coordinators are rude and unprofessional. Cassandra does not return calls unless you contact manager Vanessa. Vanessa allows the poor work ethic as numerous calls to her have not proven correction of issues with coordinators. Speaking with Kendra a week ago she had her TV on and I stated I could not hear her due to background noise and she responded with an attitude thereafter. Coordinators should work in office as they need to be supervised/monitored to ensure they are committed to their roles and client care.This is patient care not McDonalds fast food.

Elite Home Care is a horrible home care provider company. They have zero communication skills. My mom is wheelchair bound and can only get out of bed with services. She has one aide that comes during the week that has been doing a good job. My mom has had to ask quite a few aides to just leave because they can't get her up without hurting her. In which case she ends up stuck in bed. We are never told when an aide will or won't be here, it's a guessing game every weekend with them.

Do not send Elites to any family member that you care about they sit on their phone use excuses like I have no gloves so they don't have to clean remind you my house is pretty clean all you have to do is do some dishes and some vacuuming they either no-show or they come to your house sit in a chair and say not a word the whole entire time they are there I have plenty of videos evidence on this company on how they train their employees or should say do not train their employees some don't even come dress properly I had one that showed up to my house yesterday that literally looked like she was going to church fake Flowers in her hair fake flowers around her thigh high socks no scrubs no badge showing this company is absolutely ridiculous and I have plenty of video proof to prove it and I have tried to work with them to explain to them everything that has been going on and it gets brushed off and they send that person to a different person if anybody wants to get together and maybe try to find an attorney because this is ridiculous I have been without help during my IV treatments too many times and I can't take it anymore

I would strongly caution anyone considering Elite Home Health Care for their loved ones. My family had a very troubling experience. The caregiver assigned to my grandfather was not properly licensed, and during the time she was caring for him his health declined significantly. We later discovered that his medications had been hidden instead of administered as prescribed, which led to serious neglect of his medical needs. We found large bags full of pills that he should have been taking. Even more concerning, we discovered missing money and jewelry from my grandfather’s home. There were also credit cards and loans taken out in his name totaling over $40,000 that he never authorized. This has been devastating for our family and for him. Families trust home health agencies to provide qualified, compassionate caregivers for vulnerable seniors. In our experience, the oversight and hiring practices did not protect our loved one. Please do your research and ask very detailed questions before trusting anyone with the care of an elderly family member. Attached is the caregiver and the pills we found. My Grandfather passed away @ March 5th!
