My mom was diagnosed with Covid- and within a few days she was hospitalized. It was THE scariest time of my life. Thankfully, a family friend had recommended Elder Keepers to help navigate the very complicate medical system. Nina Diggs was compassionate and patient. She was able to provide sound medical advice, help coordinate care, and provide emotional support. Nina is very knowledgeable about conditions that may exacerbate COVID, as well as being able to explain the medical terms and reasonings for courses of action. Thankfully - my mom has recovered from COVID. And even throughout the rehabilitation period, Nina remained steadfast in communication and reviewing her care to ensure full recovery. I could not have managed any of this without her and would highly recommend her!

Would definitely recommend this service. They provided very helpful and useful information. They advised me on how to get my mother the care she needed without putting a huge strain my wallet. They also offered suggestions on when to prepare and what to do to ensure our medical needs are met with little to no issue by the time we hit our golden years.
