I have visited this facility during both daytime and nighttime hours, and my experiences have been noticeably different depending on the shift. The night shift employees have consistently been some of the most dedicated staff I’ve encountered. Despite often being short-staffed, they do their best to assist residents and visitors and maintain a supportive environment. In contrast, during several daytime visits, I have observed staff members arguing with each other and frequently using their phones while on duty. There have also been instances where residents were allowed to yell or create disturbances while staff appeared disengaged, sometimes wearing earbuds rather than addressing the situation. Additionally, there is a café employee who works during breakfast and lunch—if I recall correctly, her name is Sue—whose interactions with guests have been very unpleasant. Her communication style comes across as rude and dismissive, which is not appropriate for someone in a guest-facing role. On a positive note, Nicole, who works in administration, stands out as someone who genuinely seems to care about what is happening in the building. She is attentive and professional, and in my opinion demonstrates the level of leadership and concern that the facility needs. Overall, the facility appears to be in the poorest condition I have seen in the past five years. While the food itself is generally decent, stronger kitchen leadership and staff who take pride in their work would improve the experience(this is for whoever is cooking the food not all kitchen staff). The night staff particularly the CNAs are some of the most reliable team members. They can be firm when necessary, but that structure is often important for maintaining order and safety among residents. If it were not for the effort and dedication of the night shift staff, I believe my mother and her pup would have been moved out of the building months ago. I also have concerns about the social work department, which unfortunately seems disengaged and focused only on fulfilling basic job requirements rather than actively supporting residents. In my view, the facility would benefit greatly from hiring and retaining more employees with the same work ethic and commitment shown by the night shift team.

Don’t step foot in this place for any reason let alone let a loved one deal with the incompetence of this place, if you enter the building when there’s no one at the front desk the doors will lock you inside the building and not allow you to leave. How could any competent building administrator think that this is ok and not a huge liability to them? I had half a mind to smash the window to let myself out.. it only took me 20 minutes of looking around for an employee to let me out so I was no longer being held there against my will. Do better!!

I had a family members stay here after she broke her foot. She missed meals on multiple occasions because they ran out of food and the kitchen closes as soon as the food trays are out. They have one option for meals and there are no diabetic option for people who need low carb and low sodium options. They also took the liberty of taking her off some of her meds and cutting others in half just because. She got Covid while she was there and got moved to her own room where they then forgot about her and did not feed her sometimes. While she was here she loved the physical therapy that she received.

0 stars!!! hot water is not working to the washing machines on site for at least 4 days and today my Mom received this as a "clean wash cloth" to clean her face with. Not the CNA's, laundry attendant doing laundry or nurses fault. Administration needs to take action ASAP.

This is an awful place. My mother just there after amputating leg due to doctors neglect. One night abusive an neglecting her an her roommate. They are even doing so as my family is right there. And my sister who’s been an aide all her life is having to give her care at this very moment. We all worked in nursing homes all our lives including my mother. Reporting and my father is considering having to call for more help. Sheriffs! Do not take your family here!!!
