This place is the saddest, most depressing, most hopeless excuse for ‘medical care’. My MIL is bedridden, the chances of being able to talk to a dr about her situation is a joke. What Drs? I haven’t seen one in the entire week of being here. Everyone says different things, they pass the buck to the next person, acting like they don’t know anything. She has days/weeks to live and trying to get any information about her illnesses is non existent. And they scheduled her for ANOTHER CHEMO TREATMENT. This woman cannot walk, can barely breathe, yet anything to make more money off of people in their sickest and most vulnerable states. It’s evil. People live their entire lives to end up in these hellhole places, treated like trash. Karma will come for you all, I promise you that.

They use HIPPA as an excuse for not speaking to the family of a patient experiencing extreme psychosis. This practice leads to the most severely ill patient being released with a follow up plan that patient will not comply with. It’s a vicious cycle and needs to be addressed.

Most of the staff is very helpful, some of them didn't care about their jobs and lowkey bullied patients. They helped me alot when my life was off track

Very abusive and unprofessional. I was admitted to the BSU after a second attempt to enter for being suicidal, everything was fine and good until discharge came around. I was told by the discharging doctor Neerukonda that "this isn't a hotel", and when he asked how long I intended to extend my visit, he said we don't do that here and motioned from the bed to the door and said "get out". I turned him into the justice department for mental hygiene after a review of the incident with my therapist, and shortly after I was escorted out by security in my hospital clothes with my wet laundry taken out of the dryer.

I cannot walk long distances and use a medically prescribed pride scooter to get around. I am 60 years of age hard of hearing and the disrespect from the so called security or safety officer's there is down right. It started raining so I pulled over to cover my electric part of the scooter in a part of the canopy that was dry and also to let my family know I was headed home. The so called safety officer pulled over and rudely told me I was not allowed to use scooter in the parking lot. Told me if I lost weight maybe I would not need it. I fell down 2 flights of stairs dude and I cannot walk very well. It's called disability rights! I told him I had just come from visiting someone in there and no one told me I couldn't use my scooter there. I will press charges for discrimination. FYI I was a resident president and KNOW MY RIGHTS!!!
