Courtney, Ray, Marissa, and Vanessa are great. Administration is horrible. They don't consult with a patient's primary care physician or caregiver, and drop patients after months of caring.

Company plays "rotating nurses" ! Never have the same one for more than a few visits. I'm disgusted with the scheduling.

If I could give Elara a zero I would. Our nurse is phenomenal but their office is absolutely horrible. My husband is awaiting a kidney transplant and in kidney failure so he has frequent hospital stays (which is to be expected in his state) since being under Elaras care they told him he has one more hospitalization before they don’t take him back because their hospitalization rates are important. When the reason he is hospitalized has nothing to do with his nurse or the care he receives from Elara. So basically my husband is just a number to them, especially to Barb. She’s a real peach to deal with. We had Elara for his transplant back in 2018 and the office was terrible then too but the nurses were great. When he needed home health care this time and only could get into Elara I was less then thrilled. Now I really can’t stand the company and wouldn’t even recommend my worst enemy to this place. People who need home health care are sick and deserve to be treated with respect. This is absolutely ridiculous.

This has been a very positive experience for my household. Staff is informed, personable and caring. My mother has been given much in the way of education ie: strategies, tips, a new way of seeing her surroundings. Can’t say enough. So I am 22, taking care of my 83 year old grand father. He fell and hit his head back in June of this year, went to short term rehabilitation, and came home in August. Before his fall, we received no home healthcare. Elara Caring has been so understanding with working around both his schedule and mine, physical therapy has made a major impact on his recovery. and the nurses that visit weekly, particularly Kerry Ann, have been amazing. They check up on him, ask ME about how things have been since he’s a dementia patient and can’t express himself very well, and are just overall the best. Thank you Elara Caring.
