This place is a joke. The hospice nurses let my grandma with dementia die with a UTI. As a former nurse I knew by her signs and symptoms that she had a uti and voiced it to her nurse who then refused to run a UA so I did it myself and she was positive for a uti. I then asked again for them to run a UA with a c&s and again was refused. Ordered a random abx without a follow up UA and less than 11 days later she passed while still positive for a uti. Fast forward 2 months my mom broke her hip and her surgeon ordered skilled care and an aide and they didn’t accept her but failed to let her know instead they told her oh we’ll send somebody out soon knowing damned well they weren’t going to. Use at your own risk
