First or second week of April you guys promised you were ordering the wound vac for my father because he was getting better on it fast. Now it is Jun 13th and STILL NO WOUND VAC. YOU MAY NOT CARE IF MY DAD DIES FROM THESE WOUNDS BUT I DO! YOU GUYS ARE LIERS. WHEN WE ORDERED ONE AT HOME THEY CALLED A WEEK LATER TO GET CO PAMENT before they send it. But you guys literally decided to lie to us all just saying it is on back order instead of just apologize for the first person was mistaken and the insurance won't pay on hospice. You lied to keep us on so yall get the money. If my dad would have died we would sue. But despite the worthless lier that still after a year would say it was on back order to the nursing home and us. The nursing home is so pissed about it too and I promise they would never recommend to a family this hospice. Trash. As an addition my father did heal up despite this horrible place. The nursing home saved his life. He still qualifys for hospice and after a hospital visit that was needed they decided not to take him back. They DID NOT INFORM THE NURSING HOME OR THE FAMILY THAT HE WOULD NOT BE PICKED BACK UP. WE ALL FOUND OUT WHEN SOMEONE SHOWED UP TO TAKE THE MATTRESS OUT FROM UNDER MY DAD. I announce every where I go how terrible southeast hospice is and the nursing home will never recommend that hospice for anyone. They pressured him extremely hard to sign a DNR so he could hurry and die so they don't have to deal with him. He was not in his correct mind at the time either and even the hospital thought it was bad that she did that while he was confused. Thankfully not so confused as to let her accelerate his death. Because she knows how terrible of a nurse she is, I hope she gets fired and loses any retirement or pension she may have. Then she should be pressured to sign a DNR.
