If i could do less than 1 star i would. Very few good staff. Most of them are rude. Poor care. If your loved one has to be fed and they dont feel like it then the person is fed cold food. If the person needs care they ignore them even with person begging. If they decide your loved one is to much trouble they will move them somewhere else and tell you last minute that it is happening. No input from POA/Guardian. No permission to send the information. Then inform you that you have to get the personal items and move them yourself. Again last minute so you don't have time to make arrangements. PUT A CAMARA IN THE ROOM.

When my son first came to this facility it was good! It has gone down. There are a few good nurses. But let your loved one need fed, they eat cold food. Most the staff is rude. Additionally, if they decide your loved one isn’t wanted there anymore as their emotional needs might be to much, or they are a quadriplegic and require full care they find them another place to go without asking the family! Make sure you read the health department long term care reports and have a camera in your loved ones room… also check it often to make sure it doesn’t get covered or unplugged…..

**Avoid Edmond Health Care** This facility is rundown, smells terrible, and lacks proper upkeep. Even worse, the staff is rude and dismissive, showing little care for the residents. The **owners should be ashamed** of allowing these conditions to continue. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care.

They have precious cargo and I have heard and seen the love, support and genuine concern for my parents! The attentiveness of these staff members and the Director of nursing Marti can not be topped! Bring your mom and dad here. You won’t be sorry! I want to thank them for the compassion they show my sister Annmarie during this difficult time. I should be able to be there more in 2 weeks.

These professionals are top notch and they have 5 stars in my book because I know firsthand how great they are because I am a resident after a massive heart attack and a bad nursing home I went to prior (The Timbers) ! My wife of 62 years was placed here in October of 2018 with Alzheimer’s. They take wonderful care of her and I know from visiting her every day till my heart attack mid December. I love these people because they first loved us with their professionalism and care they provided to the greatest love of my life and now me until I get stronger and move back home.
