I worked there the leadership starting from the top is awful they won't pay out your pto time you have earned or pay your difference when you get med trained. I was demoted from a position there because I have multi years of experience in maintenence and Jerry a regional directed had no answers to my question about my facility in baxter he was suppose to be training me on couldn't answer about the boilers because he wasn't licensed to work on them knew nothing about water shut offs the elevator but then stated I wasn't qualified for this position also during the training was on the phone for 30 min talking with someone about a fishing trip and was upset i went to lunch with both him and cindy's permission. Cindy the director followed his direction to complete the demotion also had 3 others there mad I got this promotion 2 LPns and front desk reception because now they couldn't get there hair cut discount because the previous direction partner did there hair. That facility is extremely clicky selfish. Not my recommendation
