When a problem arose, the director of patient services was more willing to brush us off versus actually acknowledge the issue. It's nice to have your employees back, but at what point will it also bite you if you treat the patrons like garbage that are bringing up a real concern?

Absolutely irresponsible and incompetent. They approved my mom to go down the stairs even after Sunshine Home Health advised her that she should not go down the stairs. My mom broke her hip recently and she is still very weak and unstable on her feet. So blood will definitely be on the hands of Eden when she falls down the stairs. And she will definitely fall down the stairs the first time she attempts to do so on her own. Do not go with Eden Home Health. They are absolutely 100% fake. In it for the paycheck. They could care less about the patient.
