In my opinion, I wouldn't put my dog with senior eddy pace program. Try to get help with mental health issues. You can't go to four winds. Why? They won't cover it. Trust me I tried for my parent. When I say bad. Omg bad. I cannot stress enough how bad this is. Try vns or Fidelis. Your trapped at in network providers. You literally cannot get an outside medical opinion. The insurance don't cover it! Want to go to a program like pros. Can't won't cover it. Want to see your Dr you've had for 30 years. Can't won't cover it. Want to keep your pharmacy. Can't won't cover it. Want a second opinion from a Dr of your choice. Can't won't cover it. Need an aid for more then 3 or 4 hours a week. Your now sitting in adult day care all day or being pushed to a nursing home far away or assisted living far away. The worst experience of my parents life.

My uncle Josh get services through this organization and he has an aide named precious. Refused to give my uncle his food and visit because he refused and he gets confused because of his dementia. The other aide put his keys on the refrigerator and she refused to give them back to my uncle. I spoke with Emily today the supervisor and she said the aide don’t have to give him his keys. So my ucle couldn’t go to program. The aide filled a grievance on me but she had the bad attitude. Then she didn’t call me while she was at his house but she called Donna instead of me. Donna said that she would have her go back to my ucles house which the aide didn’t go back she said she did already Donna lied and when I called Donna in her lie she played victim acting like I’m attacking her on the phone. The aide lied Donna lied but I’m wrong for defending my uncle. Emily had an issue with the aides turning in the tv for my uncle but she’s a supervisors and it’s in his care plan. We stated we are going to have a meeting because all I’m getting is conflicting information from all the staff.

All the various staff we have interacted with have been very kind, and eager to help or steer us to the right person. Mom’s doctor was so patient, repeating and rephrasing questions to help mom hear and understand better. Dining room staff were exceptionally kind, and the receptionists were immensely helpful and kind.

Eddy Senior Care PACE is exceptional & excellent! They took great care of my brother until he needed to go into a higher level of care facility and they are taking superb care of my 99 year old mother in law. Their staff, from the enrollee professional, Tammie, to the nurses and therapists, they are top notch and REALLY do care! Dr Ricker is a quality doctor who takes her time with all the patients! All of our concerns are addressed within 24 to 48 hours. I can’t speak highly enough about The Eddy! If you have a loved one who you would like to keep home and care for, The Eddy will make it possible to keep him/her home. With your care and their premier assistance, you can keep your loved one home. I would give them above 5 stars if I could!

They promise you all of this great stuff and give next to none of it in return. I've had nothing but problems from the start. The aides rarely show up, appointments are told to me a day ahead of time, they expect you to bend over backwards for nothing but headaches and worst of all is the Medicaid spend down which leaves you with hardly anything to live on. I would highly recommend not falling for the empty promises offered.
