Eaton Senior Communities is truly unique with a design that doesn't provide just an affordable home, but also the opportunity to consistently engage with peers and enhance quality of life while continuing to age in place. I will always recommend these communities to any older adult looking for a clean, vibrant, and engaging home!

Denver is lucky to have such an amazing place. The staff really cares about their residents, and the residents care about the staff. I personally know residents and staff members and every single one is compassionate, hardworking and dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors in the community.

My 90 year old grandmother has been living here for about five years and we have been very pleased. The staff are very caring and they offer a lot of fun activities to keep the residents engaged and facilitate a community. The apartments are nice and good sized. The only downsides are the food which can be a bit redundant and sometimes not so good and the heat and water seem to be troublesome at times. But nothing putting anyone at risk. I would recommend this place to others.
