Eastside is a that I would want to be if I am ever in need of going to Rehab. The facility is kept very clean, the staff are helpful and friendly. From what I've seen the staff treat the residents exceptionally well and you can that they love their jobs! I would also like to add the entire facility has welcoming atmosphere .

Extremely condescending, disrespectful staff. Couldn’t even get through a phone call. They need to remember they are not movies stars. They act like they are God’s gift to the earth and can talk to anyone however they want. And then deny it. Very toxic building.

I was visiting my mother. Sam from PT was great. He is very encouraging with my mom. Everyone is so nice.

Don’t ever send your loved ones here. Worst facility ever. The care my loved one received was the worst in the industry. Spoke with many people that had to pull their loved ones from this facility because of the lack of care. Had a nurse speak to my loved one so horribly on our way in we had to make her leave the room. If you care about your loved ones don’t let them go here even if it’s the last available place. Your loved ones are pushed to the side and basically ignored and don’t get what they need
