My mom has been a resident here for 14 years. 2 years ago we moved her to AL for a higher level of care. If your love one requires AL care I would recommend looking else where. They appear to be under staffed and when you take concerns to the lead administrator you get words but no results. The staff turn over is epidemic leading me to believe that there are major systemic issues that need to be addressed. It is frustrating beyond words. I would say that prior to moving my mom to AL we were very satisfied with her experience.
