The facility called ME that my father needed to use the restroom and they didn’t understand what he wanted, then they said wait and hung up on me saying that there was a more important situation. They didn’t tell me what the situation was and my father had only been there for 4 hours. I don’t believe that they are taking good care of him and if I could I would give them 0 stars. I tried to call them back and no response so far

I waw visiting with a friend. She is pleased with her therapy there. Her room was clean and bright. Staff were attentive to her needs and mine. It was a very pleasant visit.

Mom was admitted on Thursday 3/26/2026. So far everyone has been very nice and attentive. I am just hoping to hear from Social Services on Mom's wellness plan and additional needs (staples removed, doctors appointments etc.).

I cannot praise this facility and staff enough. The staff is very helpful the administrator, Lisa saw that I was upset about my loved one not being able to come home right away and concerned about what to expect. Lisa took the time to go over everything with me. Michael was so caring and did a wonderful job with PT, motivating my loved one when no one else could. Any time we had any questions throughout our experience, Erica was quick to respond and address our concerns courteously. I am very pleased with the care my loved one had received and the way my family members were treated. This is a tough time for my family and they made it so much more comfortable. I appreciate feeling so supported.

DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE IN THIS FACILITY!!! They almost killed my father in 7 days! They claim patients are seeing a doctor when they are NOT! He was in there for one week and I don’t believe he saw a doctor until the 7th day! They claim they are doing labs and urinalysis and they are NOT! My father wound up septic, his glucose level was 421, he had 4 liters of urine in his bladder and was unresponsive when he finally arrived back at the ER! When the ER called to see when he received insulin Eagle Ridge nurses said he did receive but could not tell them how much and at what time it was given! When I called to get answers Lisa the facility director, Rose the director of nurses and Wendy who I think is a facility manager all dodged my calls and never returned them! I have attached a photo of where they left my father’s food tray and walked out! He was bed ridden and had horrible arm tremors! He could not reach this tray or feed himself and they just left it there! BEWARE Eagle Ridge will not care for your loved one! I’m only giving 1 star because you have to in order to post your review!
