Gorgeous facility. Amazing (AMAZING!!!) staff. Activities galore. All the services that anyone could possibly want. My aunt and uncle were there on independent living for 1.5 years, he was able to spend his last months with great care from hospice, and my aunt now continues on her own with assisted living. Can't say enough good things.

The staff are truly exceptional…compassionate, attentive, and consistently going above and beyond to make residents feel safe, respected, and cared for. I’ve visited several other assisted living facilities while seeing other relatives, and none have come close to being as well run, warm, and comfortable as Eagan Pointe. Because of our experience, I recommend Eagan Pointe often and without hesitation to anyone looking for a supported living community.

My Mom was at Eagan Pointe for 9 years and she was very well taken care of. 7 years was in memory care and the staff treated her with love and respect. The staff was very stable, not much turnover. The facility was clean, they had fun activities, and I felt my Mom was safe at all times.

Management very unprofessional they feed the Residents disgusting frozen food. They charge for extra unnecessary things. They transfer Residents from Assisted living to memory care then put them on hospice to die. Residents don’t get the care they need. Don’t bring your family here. Caregivers are mistreated.

I am extremely happy that my husband mhusband is residing at Eagan Pointe. His care is great, along with the cleanliness and cheerful aides n nurses I give the Pointe a ! O +. I would. definitely recommend!/
