We are loving living at Affinity! We are still moving in, but have met many residents and have had several neighbors stop and welcome us! Attended our first event and met more nice folks. Pool is awesome and we can't wait to be there 100%!

Heard great things about this place from an acquaintance who just moved in 2025/26. Active 55+ focused was what I was looking for yet due to pricing and being in a rush to move I opted for a regular apartment near nine Mike creek as I love to bike. Access to bike trails from Affinity at Eagan I’ve ridden. If the prices were lower I would have toured and quite possibly rented as I love being in a community with lots of interesting, active folks also over 55+. I don’t recall if it only has an indoor pool vs both in/out as both is my preference. Good option for those that want a highly social & active apartment community concept.
