MY MOTHER HAS BEEN IN THE FACILITY SINCE JULY, 2022. SHE HAS RECEIVED EXCELLENT CARE AND PERSONAL ATTENTION. SHE REALLY ENJOYS THE FOOD AND SNACKS. I HAVE HAD INTERACTIONS WITH MANY OF THE STAFF AND ADMINISTRATORS AND AM HIGHLY PLEASED. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE.

My mother resided there for the last weeks of her life. I was grateful for her care on every level; housekeeping, dietary, laundry, activities, aides, nurses, and therapists. Additionally, the office staff were efficient, kind during a difficult time, and patient. There are not enough kind words to say about Beth, the Social Worker.
When mother was dispatched to the ER, and died in hospital, all staff were respectful as we gathered her things and settled the last of the business .
There will always be little dips from best care or perfect care in an employee roster this size, but these were minimal. It was reassuring to walk in and realize that the place did not have that typical nursing home smell.
