Avondale has an inviting atomosphere with so much going on for their patients and families. Their nursing and therapy team are top of the line and strive to care for their patients and help them to reach their goals and independence. Great facility! ❤️

Great facility!! Only a few minutes from Jackson. They have a excellent Rehab dept and great nurses! All the residents are treated like family!!

My mom stayed here four years ago and had the best experience. She was met with nothing but caring nurses and skilled physical and occupational therapists.
