Excellent customer service at most levels, especially front management and therapy staff. Night assistance needs a little tweaking but overall good.

I highly recommend Christian Care Center for post-surgical care and rehabilitation. The staff are friendly yet professional, and Donna even met us at the hospital to help with the transition. The environment was clean, bright, and well lit, and the therapy team worked closely with my aunt after her broken hip and surgery—helping her regain strength and getting her walking again in no time. We’re so thankful she recovered well and was able to return home to my uncle.

Unfortunately, this facility appears severely understaffed, and it shows in the quality of care. Response times are slow, residents often wait too long for assistance, and the staff seems overwhelmed. While some caregivers are kind and doing their best, there simply aren’t enough hands to meet basic needs. This is a serious concern for anyone considering this facility for their loved ones. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
