The sleep study done last night at saint clair's in dover was a very good experience.Although I felt the room was very, very cold and that did not help me to sleep comfortably. The staff was amazing, very, very professional and very comforting since I don't go to hospitals at all. I just hope my test results are good.And that I can be healthy in the future.

I came down with sudden uncontrollable shivering yesterday so Zi went to St Claire's ER for help. I was taken on in just a few minutes of waiting and was given a battery of tests. The nurses Lily and Cat were great in making me comfortable and getting all my testing done and an IV started right away. Dr Rogers was in to see me and went over my testing and did a nice patient review. They should be commended for their attention to detail, professionalism and having the right personality for the job they do. Thanks !

St. Clares Dover Hospital is by far the worst experience I have ever had during my entire lifetime. I am 68 years old suffering from several health setbacks at present. I usually go to St. Clares Denville where the care is very good. I was transported by ambulance to St. Clares Dover by no choice of my own. The staff at Dover is less than qualified to treat. From the emergency room right to my admissions was unbelievably poor, many mistakes were made, the treatment methods were basically rediculous. On the very first morning following my admission at 4:30 a.m. I requested to see a physician at 6:00 a.m. by 11:00 noon that day no one had come to see me, help me or listen to me. I heard every excuse under the sun about what the residents were doing for other patients. I have fractures & herniation in my spine. I was is a pain level 10 & no one, no one would help me. I was truly suffering. By 12:15 p.m. I realized no one was going to come help me. So I requested immediate discharge. No one would listen or help me with that either. I knew I had to leave asap. It wasn't until I raised my voice & demanded discharge that the paperwork was completed. Unbelievable horrible treatment by healthcare workers whom didn't give a dam. Not one single person treated me with with any respect or help. Lesson learned. I will never ever go to that hospital again unless I am in an accident & unconscious & bright there by no choice of my own. Sincerely, Mindy Sowers

Exceptional care from start to finish. Nurses- Joanne, Stella, Christine, Suzanne, Casey and Francis, Yanick Paul are truly top-notch. They were not only highly skilled, but also incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire experience. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure we were comfortable, and handled every situation with professionalism and compassion. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients, and that made all the difference during a stressful time. I’m deeply grateful for the level of care we received for my dad and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone. Thank you St.Claire’s team.

A lot of nurses were really nice and The OT staff were amazing. But there were doctors that were really bad. Dr Massari wrote assessments he did on me without actually doing it and progress notes in my chart without seeing me at all. The endless gaslighting and refusal of treatment was horrible. Dr Grella refused to treat my 10/10 pain after I tried all my non opioid options first he said my EKG was normal and it's just because he decided so and then he said it was because of my high QTc but he told me to take toradol and tramadol which are actually not compatible with high QTc and when I mentioned that he asked if I went to medical school and I said no but that doesn't change facts he put it on anxiety and asked if I'm anxiety medication as if that's a tool to put me down I was discharged with a sitting heart rate of over 190 and I said I want to appeal the discharge since I don't feel safe but they didn't let me.
