zero stars. My father wasn't given haircut/shave for 4 weeks even though we requested it numerous times. Too many excuses were given for the delay including, "your dad isn't on the list". I had extreme difficulty reaching the social worker (early 2025) to discuss my father's discharge plan. I requested a particular Home Health company. I was told that one (not of my choosing) was already assigned, and that choosing a different company would delay the discharge. Awful communication/collaboration.

They made my mom fall out of bed 3 times and told the er the wrong information when she got hurt. They didn't feed my mom she lost 50 lbs there in one week they didn't give her any physical therapy as ordered the Dr there was always unavailable. They gave my mom a horrible treatment I would never let my dog go there if I had one. I give Dr Susan McKinney Nursing Home no stars they should be closed for mistreatment of patients. Horrible Horrible treatment

My mom was there from 1/9-2/20 and when I tell you they were the most attentive ,caring staff ever. They treated my mom with the respect and dignity she deserved. When she had an issue with a miserable,loud inconsiderate roommate they immediately moved my mombpeacefully and with care at my Sister's request to another room. Her PT was on point. My mom went in not walking and came out walking,bending and able to stand strong on her own. God is awesome and he touched the hands ,hearts and minds of those workers on the 4th floor. They were outstanding. Clean,well kept maintenance, everything was real good.

Looking for a Rehabilitation venue???Look no further. Let me introduce you to one of excellence, into which I have been blessed to be accepted. The Susan McKinney Rehabilitation Center. In this little palace, you will meet, the most wonderful and caring nurses, and pcps, and housekeeping staff, and kitchen staff, the awesome rehabilitation staff, the activity planners, the one and only awesome hair dressing salon staff, the doctors, and the most patient, gentle and helpful social worker, and nutritionist. Together, this team of workers with their patience, their kindness, their tender care and encouraging joviality, made my stay at McKinney's a very pleasant one, even through the painful times. And, on a jovial note I must say to you, "STAFF", that you "ALMOST" made me "NOT WANT TO GO HOME". BLESSINGS TO YOU ALL

My sister is here after a stroke and my grandmother was here as well. There are some growing pains the first week. This is true for any rehab. The staff is hard working, compassionate and competent. They do what they can with the staffing allowances made. The food is good and the property is immaculate. Any issues we have encountered have been swiftly and efficiently managed. I would definitely choose this rehab for a loved one again.
