I work for Don's as a care-giver and it is a lot better than my last company. Very nice staff, very dedicated care- givers and coordinators.

I am a home healthcare recipient. They will live you high and dry without a home healthcare worker, and not even discuss it with you, or give you a replacement, and act like that is a perfectly fine thing to do or give you a heads up and be rude about not giving you a heads up. My home healthcare worker was wonderful, but everything else was trash. They did this two days before I had an apartment inspection too and I am physically disabled. Quite frankly I shouldn’t HAVE to learn from my home healthcare worker that she would no longer be helping me. I’m infuriated at the utter disrespect I was shown with this.

They left my great grandmother by herself twice. Left her at midnight and made my grandmother get out of bed and go down there to take care of her until 7:15 when the other worker came. Which she was 15 mins late. Then left her alone from 3:30-4:30 in her wheelchair alone until my grandmother got there and took care of her. Then they sent a male in which she said she didn’t want a man taking care of her for personal reason. They are not a good service to go through for care of loved ones.

Unreliable, office is poorly managed. Wonderful employees. But no one to replace them if they need to call off if you live outside of new castle.

The rudest company I've ever had the displeasure of coming across. The office staff is rude and ignorant and so are their nurses. I've never seen such an unprofessional staff in my entire life. Their nurses are under qualified and don't know anything about actual health care. I swear from the looks of it they just hire anyone off the street. If I could I would rate this poor excuse of a company NO stars, but unfortunately I have to rate them at least one. I would steer clear of this company at all costs from their PCAs to their Nurses. Just rude, ignorant and unprofessional people every where here.
