Avoid if possible the workers are untrained they bring their problems to their vulnerable clients you get out of the hospital and you’re hoping for help and their workers don’t know what to do and they don’t even know how to show up for work. They have housing problems and They’ll takeoff for a week Everybody has problems, but you don’t take them to work with you, especially when you have clients that aren’t feeling well And the company is unresponsive makes excuses you can show them proof of their in place calling and harassing you late night, hangup phone calls because you called and complained that they’re not showing up for shifts and they’re nasty to you for it If you want good quality care for your loved one avoid this company With your life I hate to even give one star, but doesn’t give you a choice
