My Dad was here in 2021, they all treated him very well. He had one nurse that let him stay with her at the desk, they always called me if he needed anything. I had many visits with him, at different times, and they were always very kind and caring. It may not look great from the outside or inside, but that is not what counts.

Staff needs to be retrained in their communication skills. You answer the phone you speak accordingly. Please keep your personal problems at home. Your attitude shouldn't be heard over the phone. Please train your staff to transfer calls and your billing department to take calls and address situations professionally. Thank you Management!

My mother worked here as a nurse for 25 years and wanted to spend her final years in the same facility where her father passed. Sadly, her time here (Jan–Nov 2024) was heartbreaking. She was bullied by other residents daily in the dining room, to the point she stopped eating there. Staff ignored it and even mocked her. When my cousin asked for her food to be brought to her room, the response was, “She can walk!” Nurses later told me she was “hearing voices,” never mentioning the bullying. She had dementia and needed patience—not arguments, overmedication, or constant calls to me for every minor issue. She suffered multiple falls, including one on Mother’s Day that required 8 staples to her head. I found out from the hospital—not the staff. When I confronted the nurse, she was sarcastic and dismissive. In August, we found her moved without notice, her belongings stuffed in trash bags—some bloody, most unwashed. Staff blamed her rather than helping. This place isn’t equipped for memory care, and most of the staff showed zero compassion. Only one nurse, Sherri, truly cared. We moved her in Nov, and her new facility treated her with dignity and love until her passing on July 4, 2025. I’m grateful she didn’t die in this place. This facility either needs a complete overhaul—or to be shut down. My mom deserved better, and so do all the residents here.

I work in hospice and visit many nursing facilities for my job. Devine Health and Rehab is truly a great facility! They are attentive to their residents and treat them like they are family. It is clean and well kept. I am always greeted upon arrival by a friendly face and made to feel welcomed! Can't say enough good things about this place!
